What Are the Lease Terms?

Our rental contracts runs from August 15 through July 31, aligning perfectly with the academic calendar to suit the student’s needs. The payment is made in 12 equal installments.

How to Submit My Application?

Applying for a bedroom or apartment at Cigar Lofts Student Housing is a straightforward process. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Plan with Your Roommates: If you’re applying as a group, coordinate with your roommates to decide on specific floor preferences (apartments or townhomes). If you’re applying individually, proceed to step 2.
  2. Choose Your Room: Once you’ve chosen an apartment, take a look at the layout to select your preferred room. You can then reach out to our property manager via email or phone at 813 – 649 – 3388 to initiate your application. It’s as simple as that!
